Video: Mr Bean gets filled in

The beauty of Mr Bean is that it is all in mime with only sound effets. As a class writing exercise, how about getting your students to watch one of the three sections of an episode (all episodes are in three main sections) and then write a corresponding narrative in whatever tense needs practice. This can be used over three sessions until a complete episode has been narrated, using three different tenses.

for higher levels, get the students to write a script for a short extract of an episode.
