Textbooks: Academic writing - higher ed

When I first began teaching ESL I just happpened upon a job teaching writing to college students in intermediate and advanced ESL academic writing. I am so greatful that the texts chosen were very interesting, relevant and credible. I used Joy Reid's series of 3 books, Basic, Paragraph(Intermediate) and Research(Advanced)Writing. The examples of writing in these books were written by ESL students. Activities included in the teacher's book and ideas for grading criteria were also helpful.
