Speaking: Bil, Bill, Where are you?

This activity takes a bit of preparation but it is a good way to get your students talking. First you need to prepare a list of are about each individual student in your class. i.e. Does Sally have any brothers or sisters? I prefered to use their English names because in most cases your students will not know each others English names. I give each of my students a copy and tell them the first ones done will win a prize. This activity allows your students to practice their oral English in a comfortable atomsphere. I usually take my classes outside to do this activity. My students seemed to have a lot of fun with this activity. I have done this activity with classes of about 35 students.
