Music: Because You Loved Me

Hi there!
I used this song--Because You Loved Me, sung by Celine Dion--to help my students in Basic classes learn Simple Past Tense.
First, I asked them to listen to this song. Then, I distributed the lyric with some blanks that the students had to fill in with the correct Simple Past verb forms. And at the same time, I played the song once again. After finishing the task, we--my students and I--checked the work together.
And the result....my students got a better idea of using Simple Past Tense and the reason(s) for using that tense. The other important result is....they enjoyed the English learning process.
