How about getting some fake paper money from your country and teaching students the value of the coins and bills. If you are in a different country, this may be the first time they have ever seen foreign currency. Practice saying the money name and finding out the value of the money (as compared to their own currency).
For the end you can play a game where students have to "show you the money". You give them an amount, like $0.25 and they show you a quarter, saying the coin's name. Work up to harder amounts until they can show you $49.83. Give the winners REAL coins as a prize.
