💬 A NOTE FROM RICHARD
I’m Richard Kim, and I founded BEYOND in 2020 with one belief: a few weeks abroad can be the turning point in a child’s life — if the people around them truly care.
That’s why I hire for character first. Degrees and accents matter less to me than whether you’ll notice the quiet kid at the back of the room, laugh with students at dinner, and stay patient on day 20. If that sounds like you, I’d love to meet you.

🌟 WHY BEYOND IS DIFFERENT

· Students arrive ready. Every student is tested (writing, speaking, listening) before departure, placed in a level-matched class, and completes vocabulary and grammar pre-study — so you teach, not triage.
· A real curriculum, not worksheets. Our H.S.M.E. framework (Hook · Story · Message · Echo) drives speaking and writing; classes build toward project-based learning (PBL), British Parliamentary debate, and a full English stage-and-film production at the closing ceremony.
· Beyond Future. Students use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield) to design and produce their own short films about the future — you’ll help lead it.
· Proven results. Our students have won 7 Top Prizes and 2 Grand Prizes at Korea’s national English speech contest.
· You’re never alone. Each class pairs you with a Korean mentor (SKY-level university student) who lives with the students 24/7. Small groups of 7–10 students per native teacher.

· Salary: ₩2.4M – ₩2.6M (~USD $1,580–$1,710)
· Airfare: Round-trip support up to ₩1,000,000 (~USD $650)
· Accommodation: Full stay at Pulai Springs Resort (4-star) — pool, spa, gym, golf
· Meals: Resort breakfast buffet daily; lunch and dinner freshly cooked Korean meals in our private dining space (off days excluded)

🏨 LIFE AT PULAI SPRINGS
A royal-palace-style resort set among hills and streams at the foot of Mount Pulai. You’ll share a 4-bedroom suite with one Korean co-mentor and 7–8 students — the setup that makes our mentorship real. Expect movie nights, class president elections, Secret Santa, birthday parties, Chinese Dinner and Pasta Day, Sports Day, and a prom to close the camp.

🌟 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Native English speakers from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand
· Genuine passion for ESL teaching and for young learners (elementary to middle school)
· Energetic, responsible, and excited to be with students in and out of the classroom
· Recent graduates and early-career teachers strongly encouraged
· Students currently enrolled at Korea University are especially welcome
