Urgent Need Visiting Professors for Short Term in University

Location: Jilin province and Xi’an province in China.

Position: one week training for Chinese university teachers.

Start date:in September, October and November, 2026.

Requirements: Currently in employment, holding a doctor degree and having the title of professors or associate professors at an oversea university.

Contents: The subjects in Jilin university as followings: civil engineering management, computer science and technology, accounting and pharmacy .

The subjects in Xi’an university as following: nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, medical image technology, rehabilitation therapy, public management, automation and  mechanical design, manufacturing and automation.

Responsibilities: To provide one week training for our Chinese teacher. The following is the purpose of the training: firstly, promote the reform of the undergraduate teaching model with curriculum construction as the starting point. Specifically, by establishing international curriculum standards and reforming the outlines, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, and evaluation methods of existing courses, we can form experience in teaching model reform with distinct international characteristics. Then, these experiences will be extended to other courses and majors, ultimately achieving the improvement of the overall teaching quality of the school.

Secondly, with teacher training as the starting point, cultivate the international perspectives and teaching concepts of local teachers, enhance the professional teachers' abilities in teaching design, application of teaching methods, and formative teaching evaluation, and further improve the classroom teaching level.
