About the Opportunities
We are actively recruiting qualified and enthusiastic English for Academic Purposes (EAP) / IELTS Lecturers to join our university academic teams starting in February 2027 (Spring Semester). We offer stable, prestigious academic positions within structured Sino-Foreign higher education partnerships in three vibrant Chinese cities: Foshan (Greater Bay Area), Changsha (Hunan), and Jinan (Shandong).

1. General Benefits & Workload (All Positions)
Teaching Hours: Maximum 24 class periods per week (45–50 mins/period).
Office Hours:  5 office hours per week for student consultation.
Curriculum Focus: English for Academic Purposes (EAP), Academic Writing, and IELTS Academic preparation.
Full Visa Support: Full sponsorship for Z Work Visa & Foreign Expert Residence Permit.
Visa Fee Reimbursement: Work visa application and official document authentication expenses are fully reimbursed upon arrival.
Insurance: Comprehensive Commercial Health Insurance provided throughout the entire contract period.
Contract Length: 1 Academic Year contract (Renewable with annual increments).

2. Choose Your Location & Compensation Package

📍 Option A: Foshan, Guangdong Province (Greater Bay Area)
Ideal for teachers seeking a modern lifestyle close to Guangzhou & Hong Kong with maximum paid vacation time.

Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 19,000 RMB / month (Pre-tax).
12-Month Full Salary: Enjoy approximately 3 months of fully paid winter & summer vacations (Full salary paid throughout the entire 12-month contract period).
Accommodation: Fully furnished on-campus private faculty apartment provided (Fixed maintenance fee of approx. 400 RMB/month applies; personal utilities separate).
Note: As this position includes a full 12-month paid salary package, an additional end-of-contract travel allowance does not apply.

📍 Option B: Changsha, Hunan Province
A culturally rich, dynamic 'New First-Tier' city with world-famous cuisine and comfortable living costs.

Monthly Salary: 18,000 RMB / month (Pre-tax).
Travel Allowance: 8,000 RMB per academic year (Paid upon successful completion of the contract).
Accommodation: Free off-campus private apartment within easy walking distance to the campus.
Paid Vacations: 1 month Winter vacation (upon contract renewal) + 1 month Summer vacation.
Teaching Detail: Max 24 periods/week (may include a weekly 2-hour conversational English Salon; any excess is compensated as overtime).

📍 Option C: Jinan, Shandong Province
Historic capital city offering a peaceful academic environment, rich culture, and warm hospitality.

Monthly Salary: 18,000 RMB / month (Pre-tax).
Travel Allowance: 8,000 RMB per academic year (Paid upon successful completion of the contract).
Accommodation: Free on-campus private apartment provided.
Paid Vacations: 1 month Summer vacation + 1 month Winter vacation (upon contract renewal).

3. Requirements (Visa & Program Standards)
Nationality: Native English Speaker holding a passport from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland (to meet official Chinese work visa regulations).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education preferred).
Teaching Credentials: Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate OR at least 2 years of formal English teaching experience.
Background Check: Clean criminal background record and two verifiable professional references.
Prior university teaching, EAP, or IELTS training experience is strongly favored.
