Salary: RMB 25,000–30,000 per month (including allowances and bonuses)

Arun Language Training & Recruitment Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic and qualified ESL teachers for a well-established language school in Shanghai, China. This is an excellent opportunity to teach young learners in a supportive environment with professional training and ongoing assistance.

Position Details

• Location: Shanghai, China
• Students: Young learners
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends
• Weekday hours: 2:30 pm–8:30 pm
• Weekend hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
• Teaching hours: Approximately 20–22 per week
• Days off: 2 consecutive weekdays

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: RMB 21,500–25,000 per month
• Housing allowance: RMB 3,500 per month
• Performance bonus: RMB 1,000–3,500 quarterly
• Contract completion bonus: RMB 5,000–15,000
• Overtime: RMB 200 per hour
• Legal Z work visa sponsorship
• All Chinese national public holidays plus 5 days' paid annual leave
• Paid annual company trip
• Arrival assistance, including housing, banking and SIM card setup
• Professional training and ongoing support

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to young learners.
• Follow the school's established curriculum and teaching materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
• Participate in lesson preparation, training and school activities.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent qualification
• Eligibility for a Chinese Z work visa
• Experience teaching young learners preferred
• Enthusiastic, patient and professional approach
• Willingness to work weekends
