🔹 Position Information

Position Title: Head Teacher

Target Students: Advanced elementary learners, returnees, international school prep students

Location: Daechi-dong, Gangnam, Seoul

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Work Type: Full-time

Visa Types Accepted: F4, E2

Eligibility Requirements for E2 Applicants:

• Hold a valid passport from the USA, Canada, or the UK

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in one of the countries above
  (A letter of course completion is not accepted)

• Provide a clean national criminal background check (issued within 6 months) with apostille

🔹 Head Teacher Responsibilities

✅ Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers to ensure high-quality instruction
✅ Oversee and enhance curriculum planning, assessments, and student progress tracking
✅ Conduct teacher training, class observations, and provide constructive feedback
✅ Collaborate with the Director on academic planning and parent communications

🔹 Qualifications

✅ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Korea (leadership/coordination experience preferred)
✅ Bachelor’s degree required (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
