HeadStart to Success Academy is looking for 2 enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers to join our team immediately!

We are an English immersion academy focused on helping students build real communication skills through a student-centered learning environment. Our classes emphasize speaking, interaction, and practical English usage.

Position Details

• Position: Full-time English Teacher (20+ hours per week)
• Start Date: Immediate opening
• Location: Yilan, Taiwan
• Salary: NT$650–700/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities

• Teach engaging English classes to students ranging from young learners to adults
• Encourage students to speak and actively participate in class
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Follow our curriculum while bringing creativity and energy into lessons
• Work collaboratively with our teaching team

 Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Teaching experience preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for working with students
• Ability to create fun, interactive, and student-centered lessons
