AISE is an English language curriculum school serving Ethiopian students from preschool to grade 12 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Role Description
For the 2025/2026 school year, this is a full-time on-site role for English Teachers located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with positions for various levels from Kindergarten to grade 12. English Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons, creating lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, and assessing student progress. Teachers will also maintain a positive classroom environment, communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and participate in school activities and faculty meetings.

Qualifications
English Teaching and Teaching skills
Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
Strong Communication skills
Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field
Teaching certification or licensure
Experience working in an international or culturally diverse environment is a plus
