Seeking Certified K–12 Teachers with North American Classroom Experience – Fall International Teacher Training Program (2–3 Weeks)

We are seeking experienced educators to join a professional development program in Nanjing, China, focused on inclusive education and special education practices.

Session 1: Oct 2-Nov 6, 2026 (2 weeks)

Session 2: Late November, 2026 (3 weeks)

Our program has successfully trained and benefited over 3500 English teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools across various cities in Jiangsu Province.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive teacher training workshops on English teaching strategies, curriculum development, and classroom management
• Demonstrate best practices in student-centered learning, inquiry-based instruction, and differentiated teaching
• Mentor local English teachers, providing constructive feedback and hands-on classroom guidance
• Adapt teaching materials to align with local educational needs while introducing innovative teaching approaches
• Engage in discussions on cross-cultural education and facilitate knowledge exchange between Chinese and North American educators
• Support local teachers in improving their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through immersive training sessions
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and local education administrators to ensure a high-quality learning experience

Qualifications

• Native speaker
• At least two years of K–12 classroom teaching experience in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., or another English-speaking country. A recognized teaching licence and secondary school teaching experience are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, literature, or a related field (preferred)
• ESL certification (TESOL/TEFL) is a plus
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills
• Experience in teacher training or mentoring is an advantage

Program Details

• Session 1: Oct 2-Nov 6, 2026 (2 weeks); Session 2: Late November, 2026 (3 weeks)

• Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu, China
• Commitment: 2 weeks, approximately 30 hours per week, including lesson delivery, discussions, and interactive training sessions.
