Join the American Creativity Academy (ACA)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Counselor to join our team starting August 2026.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ academic achievement, career development, and personal/social growth, while working collaboratively with administrators, teachers, parents, and staff.

About the Role
The School Counselor will:

• Provide guidance and counseling services in academic, career, and personal/social development
• Deliver individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and leadership to support student progress
• Assist with student scheduling, placement, and records
• Implement and deliver the school guidance curriculum
• Serve as a resource for student services and wellbeing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or School Counseling
• Master’s degree in School Counseling (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• Teaching or counseling license (preferred)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (tax-free)
