What You’ll Do

1. Deliver engaging online English lessons to students aged 4+ through adult level.
2. Teach using structured materials and guidance provided on the platform.
3. Help students develop their speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence.
4. Support students preparing for exams such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GEPT, CAP, and GSAT.
5. Provide brief and constructive feedback for students after class.

Teaching Hours

1. Our platform operates 24/7, but teachers just need to commit to at least 5 Peak Hours per week.
2. Teachers may open additional availability outside these peak hours whenever they choose.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• CEFR C1+ English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least one year of ESL teaching experience
• TESOL, TEFL, or TESL qualification, or a degree in Education
• Strong digital literacy
• An energetic, professional, and student-centered teaching style

Preferred Qualifications

• CEFR C2 English proficiency
• CELTA or DELTA certification
• Experience teaching exam-preparation courses
• Online experience teaching young learners, teenagers, and adults
