Primary School Science and Mathematics Teachers Needed in Budva, Montenegro

Dear Prospective Teachers,

Dukley Academy is a fantastic international school that can be found in Budva, Montenegro next to the Adriatic Sea. While the school is surrounded by a beautiful environment, inside our school campus, one can find an environment just as beautiful that values individuality, growth, kindness and thinking in different ways.

With a 15-year history, Dukley Academy is an accredited Pearson Edexcel Centre that fosters learning in conjunction with a British curriculum. Students range from Early Years learners to Year 6 students. Along with nutritious meals, opportunities to explore outside each day, and fantastic field trips, our school also has a psychoanalyst who monitors the well-being of students.

Our aim is to provide a balanced education that values emotional and academic growth in conjunction with inquiry and project-based learning, whilst fostering a love for learning.

As we strive to continue to develop our school, this 2025-2026 academic year, we are seeking 3 qualified and experienced teachers who are also native English speakers. We prefer to hire candidates with teaching experience in conjunction with use of a British curriculum. However, we will also consider other qualifed teachers who have used other curricula.

One teacher is needed to teach mathematics and ICT to lower primary learners.  Another teacher is needed to teach mathematics and ICT to upper primary learners.  And another teacher is needed to teach science, history, and geography. Additionally, as schedules can sometimes change, teachers may be required to teach other subjects.

Teacher salaries depend upon qualifications and experience.  The maximum teaching salary is 2000 euros per month. Moreover, teachers should be able to begin work by August 1, 2025.

We are searching for independent individuals, who can also work well with other staff, who sincerely care about students, and who are interested to work with our school for a long period.
