Position Overview
Are you an experienced English teacher in South Korea looking to expand into teacher training, leadership, and additional income opportunities?
We are currently selecting a limited number of educators to become TESOL Program Partners for our 8-week online TESOL certification program.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity where you will market, recruit, and support students, while earning ₩1,000,000 per enrolled student.
Program Details
- Program Tuition: ₩2,500,000 per student
- Partner Compensation: ₩1,000,000 per enrolled student
- Format: 8-week online training (Zoom)
- Focus: Practical teaching skills and real classroom readiness
In association with TEFL International, students will receive an accredited TESOL Certificate from the Paris College of International Education upon successful completion of the program.


Payment Options (For Students)
- Flexible payment plans are available
- Students must pay a minimum upfront deposit of ₩750,000 to begin the program. The remaining balance can be paid for in installments.
- Or pay the full amount if they wish.
Your Role as a Program Partner
- Promote and market the TESOL program to potential students
- Recruit and guide applicants through the enrollment process
- Support students throughout the program
- Deliver or assist in TESOL training sessions (based on experience)
Teaching Requirement
- TESOL trainers are expected to conduct 2-3-hour interactive classroom sessions
- Sessions focus on practical teaching, feedback, and real classroom application
Compensation & Terms (Important)
- Partners earn ₩1,000,000 per successfully enrolled student
- Compensation is provided after the enrolled student completes the 8-week program
- This ensures commitment, program quality, and successful student outcomes
Selection Process (Important)
All applicants will go through a shortlisting and interview process.
Selected candidates must:
- Participate in a short interview
- Deliver a TESOL teaching demonstration
Demo Topic:
Classroom management strategies for mixed-level ESL classes
(e.g., teaching low-level and high-level students in the same classroom)
Training & Onboarding
Successful candidates will receive:
- A short training session on how to use and deliver the online TESOL program
- Guidance on lesson structure, teaching expectations, and student support
- Ongoing support before and during program delivery
You will be fully prepared before starting your role.
Flexible Teaching & Scheduling
- Program partners may offer flexible teaching and learning schedules based on their availability and their students’ needs
- Classes are usually scheduled Monday to Saturday
- Sessions may be arranged during daytime or evening hours
You have control over your schedule while maintaining program quality.
Student Support & Planning
- Schedule individual or small group sessions
- Provide feedback and guidance
- Adjust schedules based on student needs
