Program Highlights:  
- Class Types: Engage in one-to-one or small group sessions.
- Class Duration: 25 or 55-minute lessons.
- Peak Hours: Increase your bookings during these peak time slots: Every day from 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time, 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
- Referral Bonus: Earn $$$ for each teacher you refer who successfully joins our team.

Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in English, with work authorization in the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia.  (required)
- Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).  (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher.  (required)
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English. (preferred)
