ASK-ETO is a licensed and established ESL recruiting agency specializing in teaching positions in South Korea, with approximately 20 years of recruiting experience.

We work directly with trusted private academies throughout Korea and assist teachers from the initial job search and interview process through contract signing and visa preparation.

There is no recruitment fee for teachers.

Current Openings

We currently have positions available in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, Busan, and other areas throughout Korea, with start dates from August–October 2026 and beyond.

Typical positions offer:

• Salary: 2.4–3.0M KRW+ depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Students: Kindergarten, Elementary, and/or Middle School
• Contract: 1 year, renewable
• Housing: Single housing provided or housing allowance, depending on the position
• Airfare: Available for many positions
• Severance: One month salary upon completion of a 1-year contract
• Paid Vacation + Korean National Holidays
• Health Insurance & National Pension: 50% employer contribution
• E-2 Visa Sponsorship

Requirements

• Native English speaker from an E-2 eligible country
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Clean criminal background check
• Apostilled diploma and criminal background check, or ability to obtain them
• Professional and reliable attitude

Teachers currently in Korea on E-2, D-10, or F-series visas are also welcome to apply.
