About the Role

Alasala English Language Institute is seeking passionate and qualified English Language Teachers to join our esteemed academic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the language development of Arabic-speaking college students in a dynamic and culturally rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of Arabic-speaking learners
   

• Plan and teach lessons aligned with established learning objectives and curriculum standards
   

• Adapt instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
   

Assessment & Student Support

• Use formative and summative assessments to track and evaluate student progress
   

• Maintain accurate records and student portfolios per institutional guidelines
   

• Prepare student achievement reports and provide constructive feedback
   

• Support students academically and personally, addressing individual learning needs and well-being
   

Professional Engagement

• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and interdisciplinary instruction
   

• Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community
   

• Uphold professional conduct and actively contribute to school culture and events
   

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in staff meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  (OR TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification)
   

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching ESL at the college level (preferred)
   

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, especially in the Saudi context
   

• Experience with educational technology and digital teaching tools
   

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SAR 11,000 base + SAR 2,000 housing allowance + SAR 1,000 transportation = SAR 14,000 total/month
   

• Annual round-trip airfare (employee + one dependent)
