About Us
We are looking for passionate, caring, and energetic native English teachers who enjoy working with kindergarten and early elementary students.
About the Director
The academy is led by a positive, energetic, and supportive director who studied Child Development in California, USA.
Outside of work, she enjoys Crossfit, Hyrox, hiking, skiing, and exploring beautiful places throughout Korea. She loves introducing teachers to Korean culture, including famous tourist attractions, local restaurants, and some of the country's most scenic hiking trails. Whether you're new to Korea or have lived here for years, she'll be happy to help you discover the best places to visit and enjoy during your time here.

Position
- Native English Teacher
- Students: Kindergarten & Early Elementary
- Class Size: Maximum 12 students per class
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Start Dates
We are hiring for the following start dates:
- August 2026
- September 2026
- January 2027
- February 2027
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: KRW 2.1–3.0 million (negotiable based on teaching experience in Korea)
- Housing Allowance: KRW 500,000/month
- Paid Vacation: 10 working days per year (Summer & Winter)
- National Health Insurance (50% employer contribution)
- National Pension (50% employer contribution)
- Severance Pay: One month's salary upon completion of a one-year contract
- Completion Bonus: KRW 1,000,000 upon successful completion of each one-year contract.
- Salary is always paid on time.
- No flight reimbursement.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be a native English speaker from the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any field
- Be eligible for an E-2 visa (or currently hold a valid teaching visa)
