Position Title: English Teacher
Reporting To: Principal

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated teachers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education. The ideal candidate is adaptable, creative, and comfortable teaching in both physical and hybrid learning environments, while also contributing to the academy’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and engaging lessons in both in-person, online, and hybrid class settings
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to students of different levels, ages, and nationalities
- Apply effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Administer diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments
- Assign, review, and provide timely feedback on homework and student performance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
- Contribute to curriculum development, including creating engaging and multimedia learning materials
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Organize and participate in social, cultural, and extracurricular activities (sports, events, excursions)
- Attend training sessions and actively contribute to professional development programs
- Support marketing efforts by participating in events, creating content, and promoting academy activities
- Contribute to marketing by shooting photos and videos for social media and promotional use
- Assist in preparing documentation for inspections and quality assurance processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TEFL / CELTA (or equivalent certification)
- Passport holders from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students in interactive learning

Benefits:
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
