Native English Teacher- tutor – U.S./U.K. – Fully Remote

Compensation

We offer two possible compensation structures:

Hourly option:
Approximately $25–$30 USD per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and availability.

Fixed monthly option:
Approximately $2,500–$3,000 USD per month, depending on the agreed number of guaranteed weekly hours.

Once a monthly schedule is agreed, the agreed hours are guaranteed for the full 4-week teaching cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native English speaker from the United States or United Kingdom: 

  *Applicants must be genuine native English speakers from the United States or the United Kingdom*

  We are not looking for applicants who learned English as a second language, hold C1/C2 proficiency, or describe themselves as “near-native.”

  Fluency or advanced proficiency alone is not sufficient for this position.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching, ESL, EFL, tutoring, or related experience preferred
• Experience teaching teenagers preferred
• Online teaching experience preferred
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, teaching license, or related certification preferred
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional online teaching setup
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with students aged 12–18
