FTK Bucheon Is Hiring Native English Teachers!

FTK Bucheon (FasTracKids) is looking for teachers to join our friendly team in Sang-dong, Bucheon, South Korea!

 

We are currently hiring for two positions: 1. Kindergarten & Elementary and 2. Upper Elementary & Middle School.

 

We have a friendly, supportive team of native English-speaking and Korean teachers, and we're excited to welcome new teachers to our school!

 

📌 POSITION 1: Kindergarten & Elementary

Start Date: March 2027

 

Location

- Sang-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do

- 5-minute walk from Sang-dong Station (Subway Line 7)

 

Working Hours

Choose one schedule:

- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: KRW 2.6–3.0 million (negotiable based on experience)

- Housing provided within a 5-minute walk of the school OR a monthly housing allowance of KRW 500,000

- 15 days of annual leave, including summer and winter vacation periods

- Lunch Break: 1 hour without kids

- Lunch provided by the school

- Fewer than 29 teaching hours per week

- Maximum of 10 students per class

- Everyday prep time

 

Teaching Levels

- Kindergarten (age 5-7)

- Elementary School (age 8-11)

 

Qualifications

- Native English speaker

- Visa: Must have a visa that allows you to work in South Korea. (E or F visa holders)

- Couples and friends are welcome to apply together!

 

 

📌 POSITION 2: Upper Elementary & Middle School(Grades 4–9)

Start Date: ASAP

 

Location

- Sang-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do

- 5-minute walk from Sang-dong Station (Subway Line 7)

 

Working Hours

- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: KRW 2.6–3.0 million (negotiable based on experience)

- Housing provided within a 5-minute walk of the school

- 15 days of annual leave, including summer and winter vacation periods

- Lunch Break: 1 hour without kids

- Lunch provided by the school

- Fewer than 29 teaching hours per week

- Maximum of 10 students per class
