Work Hours:
Part-time :Each subject will be 2 months, 2 classes per week, each classes will be 2.5 hours
Compensation :
basic salary: $1000-1500 +$50/student enrolled $100 bonus if 100% on time attendance + performance review bonus. If the performance review rating is between 3.8 and 4.0, there will be a $100 bonus. If the performance review rating is 4.0 and above, there will be a $200 bonus

Job Summary
We are seeking qualified full-time instructors to join our SMOA Program. You will deliver high-quality online instruction, develop courses, and fulfill teaching duties in line with our academic schedule. Occasional on-site teaching in Beijing may be required for visa compliance.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Maintain professional instruction and student engagement in an online learning environment
- Complete additional assigned duties if weekly teaching blocks fall below 10
- Adhere to all company policies, academic standards, and contractual obligations
- Protect all company confidential information and intellectual property
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area or above
- Professional expertise in the relevant subject area
- Proven teaching skills and experience in online instruction
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and follow the school schedule
- Compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws
- No concurrent teaching at other schools or online platforms during the contract term
