Job Title: ESL Teacher (Kindergarten/Elementary) – Full-time Position

Full-time (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Teachers will have their own breaktime without kids

Salary:
Full-time position: Starting from 2.5 million KRW + housing (Salary negotiable based on experience)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL teacher to join our friendly kindergarten team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher to teach kindergarten students (ages 4–6).
The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching young learners and will be able to create an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
You will play a key role in developing the students' language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, through fun and creative teaching methods.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of young learners.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and fun classroom environment.
• Use age-appropriate teaching strategies to encourage the development of students' language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications:
• Be citizens of the following countries: U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia or South Africa and eligible for an E-2 visa.
• Have all required documents (apostilled nationwide criminal background check and an apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university).
• Have a clean self-medical health check.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.
