About Us:
We are not a training center. We are a library-centered school helping kids (6-15) fall in love with reading, writing, and critical thinking. Using stories as our core, we build thinkers, not just test-takers.

Rhythm: Two 14-week semesters (Wed–Sun). Classes blend 2hrs of discussion/writing with 1hr of guided library reading. Winter/Summer bring intensive workshops (Mon–Fri).
Autonomy: Design your own short courses for holiday terms.

Responsibilities:
Lead small groups using picture/chapter books; teach literary analysis through meaning (never dry drills); coach reading habits; collaborate with a global team; and enjoy WFH hours for planning after your first semester.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years post-grad work experience (non-teaching experience required for visa).
Native/Advanced English; Teaching exp. preferred.
Must be willing to relocate to Shanghai.
