About us:

We are an international kindergarten operating in the beautiful city of Dalian, China since 2014. Dalian is a modern city, with a diverse population and thriving economy. The city has a lively expat community and is known for its green spaces and picturesque coastline.

We are looking for teachers who are outstanding English speakers with authentic pronunciation and a passion for teaching kids. Our focus is play based, so new teachers are also welcome. We offer training to new teachers, as long as you like to have fun and play with kids. Our teachers pay attention to the emotional growth and development of our kids, as well as their language ability. They are sensitive to the changing needs of children and look to maximize the potential for each child’s development. Working alongside supportive coworkers and management, we help each child not only obtain knowledge, but also improve on life skills, acquire emotional intelligence, and acquire high moral standards.

Our flexible curriculum revolves around an appreciation of all life, ecology, and the environment. We act as guides for children to build essential life skills and become truly competent individuals.

Job Requirements

Teachers will work alongside a team to be a responsible homeroom kindergarten teacher. They are expected to prepare and administer fun and engaging teaching lesson to students ranging from 2-6 years old. Also they will help decorate the classroom and participate in special events for the children, such as Halloween and Christmas.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30-5:00 with one-hour lunch break and one-hour prep time daily.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (willing to train new teachers, as long as they have a passion for engaging with young learners).

TEFL Certification or 2 years full time teaching experience

Clean criminal background check

Eligible for Chinese working visa

Native speaker from Canada, USA, South Africa, Ireland, Australia or the UK.

Benefits

Salary: 10, 000 - 15,000 RMB/month (negotiable on candidate’s experience)
