KINDERGARTEN ENGLISH TEACHER - Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Suzhou , Wuhan, Nanjing

We are currently seeking native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. We have Kindergarten openings for both entry-level and experienced teachers.

Key Responsibilities: 

 ➤ Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners (ages 2-6) in a kindergarten or training center setting.

 ➤ Plan and prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum.

 ➤ Create a positive, safe, and interactive learning environment.

 ➤ Assess student progress and provide feedback.

 ➤ Collaborate with local teachers and staff.

Requirements:

➤Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.

➤Bachelor’s degree or above.

➤TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred.

➤ For entry-level candidates: no prior teaching experience required; female applicants are preferred.

➤ For candidates with training center experience: at least 1 year of full-time teaching experience in a training center.

➤ For experienced kindergarten teachers: with at least 2 years of full-time kindergarten teaching. experience after graduation; must provide at least two reference letters from previous employers. 

➤ A short demo video (10-15 minutes) is required for all applicants.

➤ Clean criminal record and good health.

Compensation and Benefits:

➤ Entry-level (no experience): 15,000 - 20,000 RMB/month (depending on qualifications and interview) 

➤ Experienced kindergarten teacher (2+ years): up to 21,000-32,000 RMB/month.

➤Training center experience: 18,000 - 20,000 RMB/month.

➤ Flight allowance: provided (reimbursement upon arrival).

➤ Visa reimbursement: provided.

➤ Legal work visaL (Z-visa) sponsorship.

➤ Pick up at airport, help to settle down in your specific city.

➤ Assistance with searching for suitable accommodation.

➤ Free hotel 4 days before moving to your new apartment.

Working conditions:

➤ 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, weekends off

➤ Summer/Winter holiday

➤ 13 days Chinese holiday per year

➤ Co-teachers+Nanny (Life teacher)

➤ Free meals at work.
