Wonderland English Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Native English Teacher to join our team in Busan, just minutes away from the beautiful Gwanganli Beach.

We offer a stable, well-organized teaching environment with small class sizes and a supportive academic team. This position is ideal for teachers who enjoy working with young learners and value professionalism and consistency.

🏫 Position Details

👩‍🏫 Students & Class Size (40mins each class)

• Kindergarten & Elementary students

• Morning kindergarten classes: maximum 10 students

• Maximum 12 students per class for afternoon classes

⏰ Working Hours (depending on schedule)

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  (Monday to Friday / No weekends)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 2.5 – 2.6 million KRW per month

• Contract Completion Bonus: Provided upon completion of the contract

• Vacation: 11 days of paid vacation + national holidays

• Housing: Fully furnished studio provided

• Insurance & Pension:

  • 50/50 Medical Insurance

  • National Pension

• Airfare: One-way airfare provided

🎓 Requirements

• Native English speaker (or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Eligible for E-2 visa (or transferable E-2)

• Teaching experience preferred
  (Kindergarten experience is a plus)

• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
