ABOUT THE ROLE

Royal Grammar School Guildford Muscat (RGS) is seeking a compassionate Female SEN Teacher to support students with additional learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

End-of-Service Gratuity In accordance with Oman Labour Law
Contract Length 2 years (renewable)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide individualized support for students with SEN.
  • Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, SEN, or a related field.
  • Recognised teaching qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant SEN teaching experience.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education.
  • Eligible for an Oman work visa.
