Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, education or science-related majors preferred
• Teaching credentials or certifications are highly advantageous
• Experience:

• Recent teaching experience, with children, is preferred
• Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
• Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet multiple deadlines
• Proficient with assistive technologies, email, internet, and standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment for children from diverse backgrounds
• Basic familiarity with office and video equipment

Details

• Role: Special Teacher and R&D work
• Contract Period: 2026.9.14~2027.9.13
• Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00 pm (M~F)
  - Flexible early leave after 5 pm may be arranged, subject to prior agreement and event schedule
  -  Lunch Break provided: Teachers will have their own breaktime without kids. Lunch will be provided by school     
• Compensation:

• Salary: 2,800,000~ 3,200,000 KRW(based on position, experience and qualifications)
• Vacation:  20 days paid vacation 
• Severence Pay:  Paid upon the completion of emplyment(minimum 1-year contract)
