The PODO Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers to join our team for the March 2027 academic year!

Positions Available

• Teachers for our 4-year-old classes

• Teachers for our 5-year-old classes

• Starting March 2027

What We're Looking For

We are seeking teachers who are:

• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Passionate about early childhood education

• Creative and excited about engaging young learners

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create exciting, engaging, and age-appropriate lesson plans for ESL learners.

• Foster a classroom environment centered around care, creativity, curiosity, and excitement.

• Oversee daily classroom activities, functions, and operations.

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to support student development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 2,600,000 KRW

• Housing provided OR a monthly housing allowance of 600,000 KRW

• 11 paid vacation days for 1st year teachers

• Four major national insurances.

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

• All Korean national holidays off.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries:

• United States

• Canada

• United Kingdom

• Australia

• New Zealand
