ESL Teaching Position – Leeds English Academy (Busan, Seomyeon)

Leeds English Academy is looking for an ESL teacher who genuinely cares about teaching with structure, responsibility, and real student growth.

We are located in Seomyeon, Busan. Our goal is not only to improve students’ English, but to help them build strong study habits, clear thinking, and long-term confidence in learning.

Our middle and high school division opened one year before the elementary branch. Because of this, our elementary program is closely connected to what students will actually need later. Parents trust this continuity, and it is an important part of how we teach.

Our classes focus on:

• Accurate speaking built on grammar

• Reading that leads to real output, not passive learning

• Steady, long-term progress instead of short-term results

We try to keep our workplace respectful but warm and fun.
Teachers’ opinions are listened to, and communication is open.

Position

• Small group classes (maximum 8 students, advanced classes 4+1)

• Well-prepared materials and classrooms

• Monday to Friday, 2:00–8:30 PM

• Five classes per day

• Start date: February 23 or March 3

Salary & Benefits

• 2.8 million KRW per month (negotiable depending on experience)

• Four national insurances

• 11 paid vacation days + national holidays

• Additional salary increase possible based on performance and enrollment
