Location: Nanchang, Jiangxi Province

Start Date: September 2026

Contract Term: 3 Years (Full-Time)

 Core Job Details

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office-based), No overtime
• Teaching Load: 25 classes/week, 45 minutes per class

Salary & Benefits (Before Tax)

• Monthly Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 RMB (based on qualifications and experience)

 Requirements

1. Nationality: Native English speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)
2. Age: 25 - 40 years old
3. Experience: 1-2 years of teaching experience (international kindergarten/school background preferred)
4. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus
5. Competencies:
   • Passion for early childhood education and love for children
   • Strong classroom management and interactive teaching skills
   • Good communication with parents and teamwork spirit
   • Compliance with Chinese education regulations and school policies
