• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to kindergarten children, fostering a love of language and learning through play-based and interactive activities
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to participate and express themselves
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and staff to plan and implement daily routines, thematic units, and school events
• Organize and lead at least one extra-curricular class each school term, contributing to the school's enrichment program

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above; teaching qualification or relevant certification preferred
• Prior experience teaching young learners, preferably in a kindergarten setting
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing learning environment

Shorter Working Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Only 6 hours per day!
• Students are mostly elementary school age

Salary & Benefits

• 2.2–2.4 million KRW per month
