3rd–4th Grade Blended Classroom Teacher

Location: Seoul, South Korea

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative 3rd–4th Grade Blended Classroom Teacher to join our international school in Seoul. This role combines in-person instruction with digital learning tools, creating a dynamic, student-centered environment that supports both academic growth and independent learning.

The successful candidate will guide students through core subjects while using technology to personalize instruction and enhance engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies

  • Deliver instruction through a blended learning model (in-class teaching + digital platforms)

  • Design engaging lessons that support differentiation and personalized learning

  • Use educational technology (LMS, Google Classroom, learning apps, etc.) to track student progress

  • Support students in developing critical thinking, collaboration, and independent study skills

  • Provide regular assessments, feedback, and progress reports

  • Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment

  • Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership

  • Collaborate with specialist teachers and academic staff

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field

  • Teaching certification preferred

  • Experience teaching upper elementary (Grades 3–4) strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with blended learning or digital classroom platforms

  • Experience teaching ESL / international students is a plus
