Francis Parker Guri Branch is currently looking for passionate and dedicated Native English Teachers to join our growing team as Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers.
We are currently hiring for TWO opportunities:

🧒 Position 1 – 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher 📅 Start: October or November 2026
We are currently looking for a Native English Teacher to join our team as the homeroom teacher for a 4-year-old kindergarten class.
The start date can be arranged based on the candidate’s visa process and availability, with the school ideally looking for someone who can begin in October or November 2026.
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and feels comfortable taking responsibility for a kindergarten classroom.

🧒 Position 2 – 2027 New School Year Homeroom Teacher 📅 Start: February 22, 2027

We are also looking for a Native English Teacher to join our team for the new 2027 school year.
This is an opportunity to start the new academic year as a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher and become part of our growing teaching team from the beginning of the new school year.
The successful candidate will work closely with a bilingual Korean teacher to provide a warm, engaging, and immersive English-learning environment for young learners.

🌟 About Us
Francis Parker Guri is a premium English kindergarten.
Our campus opened in 2025, but our team has over 18 years of experience in early childhood education at this same location. Until 2024, we were known as a Wiz Island franchise kindergarten.
Our teaching team consists of 7 foreign teachers, 7 bilingual Korean teachers, and additional assistants, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for both teachers and students.

📍 Location
Guri, Gyeonggi-do – only 5 km from Seoul • Approximately 45 minutes to central Gangnam by public transportation • Quiet, nature-filled surroundings with mountains nearby • Just 3–5 minutes on foot to buses, taxis, and the subway

🏠 Housing
Teachers are provided with a fully furnished officetel apartment.
The apartment is located approximately 15 minutes from the school by foot in a modern residential area.

🧑‍🏫 The Role
As a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher, you will:
• Lead and manage your own kindergarten classroom • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons and activities • Work closely with a bilingual Korean co-teacher • Create a warm, positive, and immersive English-learning environment • Support students’ social, emotional, and educational development • Communicate and collaborate with the teaching team
The role is best suited to teachers who genuinely enjoy working with young children and want to play an important role in their early educational development.

✅ Preferred Qualifications
• Previous kindergarten or preschool teaching experience is strongly preferred • Experience teaching children ages 4–7 is highly valued • Applicants without kindergarten experience are still encouraged to apply if they genuinely enjoy working with young children and feel confident managing a small class independently • During the interview process, we will evaluate whether the candidate has the personality, energy, patience, classroom-management ability, and communication skills necessary to succeed as a kindergarten homeroom teacher

🕘 Working Conditions
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₩2.4M–₩2.6M/month (Based on experience)
Benefits: • Severance pay • Airfare reimbursement after contract completion • Free lunch Monday–Friday • Fully furnished housing

📅 Start Dates
Position 1 – 4-Year-Old Homeroom Teacher October or November 2026
Position 2 – New School Year Homeroom Teacher February 22, 2027
Start dates may be adjusted depending on the candidate’s visa process and availability.
