Your Responsibilities

· Design and deliver age-appropriate, high-quality football training sessions for school teams (grades 3-4).
· Develop seasonal game strategies, scout opponents, and lead match-day tactics.
· Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship and academic balance.
· Collaborate with local PE teachers to integrate modern coaching methodologies.
· Participate in school events, parent meetings, and occasional promotional activities (all in a supportive, bilingual environment).

What We’re Looking For

· Native or fluent English speaker; HSK 3+ or equivalent spoken Mandarin (able to conduct daily conversations and basic tactical instructions in Chinese).
· Proven coaching experience (minimum 2 years) with youth or school teams; UEFA/FIFA or equivalent certification preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher (in Sports Science, PE, or related field is a plus).
· Clean criminal record and excellent health.
· A genuine interest in Chinese culture and a willingness to engage with the local community.
