Key Responsibilities

As an Elementary or English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using the approved curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Maintain accurate academic and behavioural records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in curriculum planning and instructional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Supervise students during class, recess, transitions, and dismissal.
• Support extracurricular activities and after-school clubs.
• Make appropriate referrals for students requiring additional support.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and Ministry of Education requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and positively represent American Creativity Academy at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications

Elementary Teachers

• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.
• Valid teaching license.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).

English Teachers

• Bachelor's Degree in English, English Education, Secondary Education (English), or a closely related field.
• Valid teaching license.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).

All Applicants Must Have

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of effective teaching strategies.
• A passion for student learning and development.
• The ability to work collaboratively within an international school environment.
