Do you love working with young children? Want to experience authentic Taiwanese life and culture while building your teaching career? HESS is hiring native English-speaking teachers for our schools in the central Taiwan districts of Changhua and Nantou.

What you’ll do:

  • Teach fun, interactive English lessons to students aged 3–12 using our proven curriculum.
  • Lead classrooms where students practice natural English communication through games, activities, and exploration.
  • Track student progress, communicate with parents, and ensure a safe, engaging classroom environment.
  • Join an international team of educators and participate in cultural events and special activities.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive hourly pay starting at NT$700/hour plus a monthly admin stipend and annual raises.

  • Guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours per week (av. 24–26 hours/week).

Requirements:

  • Passport from an English-speaking country.
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Enjoy working with young children and learning about new cultures.
  • Teaching experience is welcome but not required – we provide full training.
