Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, teach, and evaluate classes following the established ELS curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, exercises, and tests tailored to student needs.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback and counseling.
- Maintain an inspiring and effective classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on instruction, attendance, and evaluation.
- Actively participate in professional development activities and meetings.
- Contribute to the refinement of teaching materials.
- Fulfill administrative duties to ensure smooth center operations.
What You Bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education/TESL/TEFL, or a BA/BSc with CELTA or TEFL/TESOL (minimum 160 hours).
- Experience: A solid three (3) years of relevant ESL/EFL teaching experience.
- Character:
- Deep cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm for teaching students from around the globe.
- Empathy for the challenges of learning a new language.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine desire for continuous professional growth and sharing best practices.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
