Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, teach, and evaluate classes following the established ELS curriculum.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, exercises, and tests tailored to student needs.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback and counseling.
• Maintain an inspiring and effective classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on instruction, attendance, and evaluation.
• Actively participate in professional development activities and meetings.
• Contribute to the refinement of teaching materials.
• Fulfill administrative duties to ensure smooth center operations.

What You Bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education/TESL/TEFL, or a BA/BSc with CELTA or TEFL/TESOL (minimum 160 hours).
• Experience: A solid three (3) years of relevant ESL/EFL teaching experience.
• Character:
