Are you a native English speaker who believes that learning should be an adventure? We’re looking for a fun‑loving, creative teacher to lead oral English classes for our Grade 1 and 2 students in Huzhou – a charming city with ancient canals, just one hour from Shanghai by bullet train.

Here, we don’t do boring drills. Our classes are filled with songs, stories, puppets, games, and role‑play. You’ll be the teacher who makes every child excited to speak English, building their confidence through laughter and curiosity.

We are a well‑established primary school in the heart of Huzhou, with modern classrooms, a supportive staff, and energetic students aged 6–8. Our little learners are eager to explore, and they thrive with teachers who are patient, animated, and truly enjoy working with children.

📋 What You’ll Do

· Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (on‑site).
· Teaching load: Less than 15 teaching hours per week – plenty of time for lesson planning, collaboration, and creative preparation.
· Deliver interactive, play‑based oral English lessons for Grades 1–2 (40‑minute periods).
· Design engaging activities that develop listening and speaking skills.
· Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe to try.
· Work alongside local co‑teachers and participate in school events (English corners, festivals, etc.).

🧑‍🏫 Who We’re Looking For

· Native English speaker (from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa).
· Bachelor’s degree or above (any field).
· At least 2 years of teaching experience OR a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120+ hours).
· A genuine passion for young children – patience, creativity, and a great sense of humour are essential.
· Clean criminal record and good health (required for visa).
