Position: Homeroom & English Teacher (Foreign Teacher)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 3-6
• Serve as a homeroom teacher, responsible for a class of 20 children
• Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our curriculum
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers to support children's bilingual development
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development
• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Native English speaker (from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with young children (kindergarten or preschool)
• TEFL/TESOL certificate 
• Clean criminal background check
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic
• Better start in September 2026
