Basic Information About Us & Teacher Recruitment

Students are assigned to the teacher for the complete 6 - 10 months program   

Fixed schedule & fixed lessons/students 

Extremely stable earnings   

Teachers are paid even if the students do not attend the lesson   

Peak teaching hours: 18:00–21:00 on weekdays, 09:00–21:00 on weekends (Beijing Time)

Student age group: 7–14 years old

Teaching courses: Reading Explorer

Teaching platform: Our proprietary platform, including a dedicated Teacher Center and interactive online classroom

Class duration: 50 minutes / 100 minutes

Class types:

Small-group  (4–6 students) 

Prior small-group teaching experience is required for group class assignments. Candidates will be asked relevant questions about small-class management during the interview.

Pay range:

$15–20 per 50-minute class, negotiable according to experience and teaching capability

Payment method: PayPal (primary payment method); alternative payment methods are negotiable

Payment cycle: Monthly settlement

Equipment required: computer & noise-cancelling headset. Phones & tablets are not acceptable.

We have a high demand for Monday to Friday evenings, as well as all day on weekends.

Priority will be given to candidates who can commit to weekday evenings and at least one day of the weekend.
