We’re looking for an English Trainer to join our team in Beijing, working with executives and managers from some of China’s top companies.

• Teach adult professionals (mid-to-senior level managers) in 1-on-1 or small group settings

• Focus on business communication, fluency, presentations, and workplace English

• Use a high-quality curriculum with the flexibility to tailor lessons to real-world goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Native English speakers

• Bachelor’s degree + TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification

• Confident communicator who can engage and motivate adult learners

• Comfortable working with people from different cultures

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• All new hires will begin at the Senior Trainer level with a salary of RMB 24,100/month (before tax) during their probation period.

• After completing probation, performance and feedback will be reviewed. Based on experience, teaching quality, and overall contribution, the candidate may then be considered for promotion to Master Trainer, with a salary of RMB 28,000/month (before tax).

  This structure ensures fairness, provides time for mutual evaluation, and rewards strong performance.

• 40-hour workweek (90 teaching hours/month + admin time)

• RMB 250/hour overtime pay

• Commission:

  • 3% for contract renewal (existing clients)

  • 5–15% for new client referrals

• Annual flight reimbursement (up to RMB 6,000)

• Social insurance, statutory holidays, paid leave, and other legal benefits
