ELA Teacher Wanted for International High School (Grade 7 - 12)

Position Details

• Position: ELA Teacher (Grade 7 - 12)
• Start Date: Aug.20th 2025

Responsibilities

• Work 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, with a 40 - hour workweek (8:00 - 12:00, 14:00 - 18:00).
• Deliver high - quality ELA instruction daily, following the school's curriculum.
• Supervise students' morning and evening self - study according to the schedule.
• Provide personalized care and support to students, promoting learning methods that suit their individual needs.
• Collaborate with the school to organize various extracurricular activities for students.
• Participate in curriculum improvement initiatives and school - wide event organizations.
• Prepare for parent - teacher meetings in advance and maintain good communication with parents during teaching.
• Assist in student management and safety supervision outside of class hours.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher. A major in Education and having certifications like TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA is preferred.
• Be able to provide complete and valid documents for China's work permit application.
• Have at least 3 years of teaching experience, with middle and high school teaching experience being an advantage.
• Be capable of teaching students from diverse backgrounds and with different abilities.

Salary and Benefits (Pre - tax)

• Salary: 22,000 RMB/Month + (Higher based on qualifications)
• Accommodation: 4,500 RMB/Month
• Winter & Summer Holidays Salary: 16,500 RMB/Month
• Renewal Bonus: 10,000 RMB/Year
• Overseas Flight Reimbursement: 10,000 RMB/Year
• Visa: We will assist in obtaining Work Permit and Residence Permit. Visa - related reimbursement up to 2,000 RMB.
• Insurance: Chinese Social Insurance and Accident Insurance.
• Paid Leave: National Holidays, Winter Holidays, Summer Holidays, and personal days.
• Children Tuition: 50% discount, with more discounts for longer employment.
