Reach To Teach is interviewing now for teaching positions in Taiwan starting in June through August 2025.

We are looking for qualified and experienced teachers to teach young learners at schools throughout Taiwan. Teach ages 6 to 15 years of age with our private and public schools located all over Taiwan. 

Live comfortably on US$1,200 to US$1,500 per month and save from each paycheck.

Locations: Taipei, New Taipei, island-wide

Private school teacher packages:

1. Pay by the hour positions: Earn NT$720 to NT$760 per month. ($22US-$25US per hour and up). Receive 20 teaching hours per week with no office hours guaranteed. Earn NT$70,000 for 25 teaching hours per week. 

2. Salaried positions: Start at NT$70,000 to NT$85,000 per month. ($2,300US to $2,830US per month.) 

Public school teacher packages: Only in Taipei and New Taipei

Public school salary package:  

• Salary: Earn up to $3,000US per month depending on experience and qualifications. Most public school teachers earn between NT80,000 (USD$2,666) and NT100,000 (USD$3,332) per month.
• Housing stipend: NT4,000 to NT10,000 per month depending on your school
• Generous paid vacation: 30-40 days of holiday time! 
• Monthly expert bonuses: An average of NT$3,000 per month
• Flight reimbursement: Included
• Contract completion bonus: NT30,000 
• Relocation bonus of NT$7,500 per month depending on your school
• Work permit, comprehensive health insurance, labor insurance provided

Contract Benefits

Vacation:	14-21 holidays per year plus additional vacation time. Public school teachers who are certified to teach in their home country get 30-40 days of paid holiday time each year.
Bonus:	Professional development and attendance bonuses throughout the year
Salary:	Earn 2,200USD to 2,800USD per month
Teaching Hours:	Hourly positions: 20-25 teaching hours per week. Earn NT$720+ per hour. Teach Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm. Weekends off. Salaried positions are 40 hour work weeks. Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Citizenship:	Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, South  Africa, United States
Language:	Fluency in English (10 years of schooling in one of the above-mentioned countries.)
Education:	Full Bachelor's Degree
Experience:	No experience required!
Certificates:	120+ hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
