12. [FT] Global Cultural Ambassador / Business English Instructor

[Job Description] 

l   Serve as cultural ambassador and warmly receive guests/visitors to the facility, following appropriate protocol and procedures.

l   Teach Business English / speaking proficiency enhancement classes (ex. 1:1 coaching & small group discussion)

l   Perform operational/administrative duties for management of client company facilities (classroom, labs, coaching room, storage of teaching materials)

l   Handle logistics-related issues regarding classroom assignments, instructor/student notifications, in coordination with head office as necessary.

l   Provide general support for instructors, including the first-day orientations and monitoring/observations.

l   Active participant in regional instructor workshop planning and conduction.

                                                   

[Basic Qualifications]

·        Prior experience in the corporate field or teaching business English (over 2 years)

·        Experience and skill in managing people

·        The ability to work remotely/independently, but as an extended part of an orchestrated team effort

·        Strong interpersonal communication skills
