At AMJ, we do not believe in one way instruction or teaching toward a single “correct” answer.
We believe the future belongs to students who can think independently, communicate clearly, and create ideas — not just memorize them.
Our program is built around project-based learning and real-world application, including:
✔️Mock Trials (“Justice in Action”)
✔️City Design Projects (“City of Tomorrow”) using tools like Minecraft
✔️Entrepreneurship & Marketing Projects (“Market It!”)
✔️Science experiments, storytelling, and media production
Through these experiences, students learn to analyze, discuss, collaborate, and express their thinking in English.
The world is changing, and education is evolving with it — both in Korea and globally.
We are not preparing students for yesterday’s tests, but for tomorrow’s world.
We are looking for teachers who:
✔️can lead engaging, discussion-based classes
✔️are comfortable moving beyond rigid, textbook-driven teaching
✔️believe in developing students’ thinking, not just their answers
✔️are adaptable, proactive, and growth-oriented
Successful instructors will receive a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a positive, supportive working environment.
If you are looking for a place where education is meaningful, dynamic, and future-focused, AMJ may be the right fit.
